House Rules

House Rules:
• Please keep front door locked coming and going
• To Lock Front Door: Push Brinks Button.
• Food Delivery: Godfather’s Pizza 417-581-9292
• Be courteous to your neighbor, patio table and fire pit communal.
• Dog run is shared with neighbors so make sure your dog is friendly towards people and other dogs.
• Check-out is 11 am.
• Gather all trash and leave trash bags just inside front door.
• Adjust thermostat as needed
• No loud noise after 10pm.
• Landline is shared with other apartment so please be courteous (NO 900#s)
• Do not move furniture.
• No more than 2 visitors during your stay.
• No visitors on the property after 10pm.
• We do not host parties/social gatherings of any kind.
• No unregistered overnight guests/visitors.
• Room amenities and showers are limited to registered guests only.
• Do not give your door code to any unregistered guests.
• Outside is monitored with motioned censored lights and cameras.
• No candles.
• Do not leave grills/fire pits unattended.
